Leasing Manager

Business Unit:  The Repulse Bay
Location:  Hong Kong

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Leasing Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Leasing team

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, term negotiations, as well as daily operation of the leasing team
  • Responsible for apartment viewing and tenancy terms negotiation
  • Contact and maintain relationship with tenants, property agents and any outsider partnerships
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities
  • Implement leasing and marketing plans
  • Prepare annual budget and regular forecast review
  • Prepare reports and perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 

General Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum eight years of relevant working experience in residential leasing, experience working in China market is preferable 
  • Familiar with Landlord and Tenant Ordinances and tenancy agreements
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
  • Self-initiated, outgoing and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills with excellent service attitude
  • Proficient in computer skill
