The Repulse Bay is seeking for Security & Safety Manager/ Assistant Security & Safety Manager to manage and supervise the Security & Safety team.

Key accountabilities

• Supervise, manage and lead the team to deliver and maintain optimum security and safety of life and property
• Develop security policies and procedures and ensure the security operations in compliance with property or corporate security and loss control requirements
• Handle and supervise investigations of all security and safety incidents and accidents, and communicate all findings and recommendations to the Director of Security & Operational Risk
• Assist the Director of Security & Operational Risk in the coordination of security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing the performance of the entire security team
• Inspect all potential hazards within the property in terms of fire, life, health, safety and security, and file reports on precautions purpose

General requirements

• Higher Diploma in security or risk management field and Occupational Health and Safety Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in hotel operation and/or property management at supervisory level with a valid Security Personnel Permit
• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, security system, incident handling and investigation techniques
• Excellent interpersonal, organisation and leadership skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
