Business Unit:  The Repulse Bay
Location:  Hong Kong

Leasing and Property Manager

Key accountabilities

  • Analyse the property and business climate and design strategies to increase the revenue of the commercial and residential properties
  • Establish rental rates, profit goals and negotiate leases
  • Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing data and trends
  • Oversee and monitor the full spectrum of property management functions, including leasing, security, maintenance and engineering, cleaning and facilities management.

 

General requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience with residential and commercial portfolio in large scale or luxurious residential property and /or facility management which a minimum of 3 years are at managerial level
  • Degree holder of Real Estate / Building Management / Housing Management or related disciplines
  • Professional member of MHKIH / CIHCM / RPHM or equivalent
  • Well versed in local legislation in Real Estate Management
  • Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills
