Assistant People and Culture Manager

The Repulse Bay is seeking an Assistant People and Culture Manager to assist in the daily operations of the People and Culture Department. 

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred

Key Accountabilities

• Handle full spectrum of People and Culture initiatives, including on-boarding, compensation & benefits, internal communication and employee engagement
• Work closely with business partners to provide professional advice on any employment related enquiry
• Assist to develop and implement practical procedures to comply with legislative updates and ensure the updates are well communicated to all stakeholders
• Inspect and ensure facilities are maintained in good quality and offer a comfortable working environment to employee
• Administer HR System, data analysis and prepare regular reports
• Propose and implement various employee activities such as wellness workshops to enhance employee engagement
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned

General Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years at supervisory level, preferably from hospitality or services industry
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Experience in managing SAP system is an advantage
• Good presentation, communication, organisation and computer skills
• Good team player, reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese with good command of computer literacy
