Key Accountabilities:
Supervising Shift Leader, Pot-Washer and Stewarding Attendant’s work performance, taking ownership of Stewarding Store’s inventory as well as being the Departmental Trainer of the Stewarding Department.
Monitors in-house recycling and food donation activities or any other CRS related initiatives gazetted by the senior management
Reviews and arranges equipment for daily events
Conducts machinery check and issues work order via hotel’s repair and maintenance system
General Requirements:
3 to 5 years’ experience in Stewarding Shift Leader role or similar hospitality background is preferred
Secondary / High school, relevant food hygiene certificate. Hygiene Manager certificate is an advantage
