Public Area Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:

• Makes routine checks of all public areas, including hotel exterior and interior public areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness and good condition
• Follows up on Housekeeping issues, and organizes all special cleaning projects
• Supervises Public Area team and ensures proper cleaning procedures followed in accordance with Peninsula Standards
• Carries out training and provides guidance to Public Area team

General Requirements:

• Three to four years’ working experience in similar capacity preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications including email function is required
• Knowledge of using cleaning tools and chemicals and the ability to provide friendly services to guests
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, ability of Mandarin communication is an advantage
