Front Desk Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Manages and ensures efficient running of Front Desk operations
  • Provides efficient and personalised service to guests, and caters to any special requests
  • Handles guest enquiries and guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Monitors billing, cashiering and cash handling procedures
  • Mentors, guides and encourages Front Desk Agents to build rapport and teamwork

 

General Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of one years' experience in similar role would be preferred
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS System
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
  • Overnight duty will be required
