Manages proper operation of the physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance programme and operation schedule
Deploys the repair and maintenance work, including liaison and coordination with contractor
Submits monthly report on preventive maintenance in a timely manner
Familiars with proper operation of the fire detection, alarm panel and BMS system
Ensures safe working conditions and follows hotel’s policy and procedures
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering
Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity
Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
