  • Assists the Executive Pastry Chef in developing desserts, cakes and pastries that are diverse and innovative
  • Assists the Executive Pastry Chef in sourcing and incorporating unique products from around the world
  • Applies flexibility and creativity to meet customers’ needs
  • Thoroughly trains staff in necessary techniques and work sequences, with follow-up and assigned responsibilities


  • Minimum 6 years' experience as baker with hotel background or/and bakery experience, international experience, fine dining background and diploma as master baker is an advantage
