Assistant Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensures efficient running of the Front Desk in line with the Forbes and LQA Standard and Peninsula Standards
- Monitors the daily performance of the Front Desk staff. Supervision duties include training, scheduling, assigning of daily tasks, and performance evaluation
- Controls of room assignment and room inventory
- Relievers as Front Office In-Charge; oversees the Front Office operation and makes sensible decisions, handles emergency and guests’ comments, when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' working experience in the hospitality industry with at least 1 year at supervisory/management level
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English and Chinese
- Superior guest resolution and problem solving abilities are required
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and Opera
