Assistant Concierge

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Supervises and trains Concierge Agents to uphold service standards
  • Handles any guest enquiries regarding the city, restaurants, events, and attractions
  • Assists guests on transportation and flight arrangements
  • Handles all incoming couriers and mails on behalf of our guests
  • Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in Forbes, LQA and The Peninsula Standard

 

General Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS systems
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Passionate for luxury and service
