Assistant Chief Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the Production Kitchen’s food store by ordering, receiving, de-boxing and storing all relevant food items
• Establishes and maintains par stock of food items, in collaboration with Production and Pastry team’s relevant supervisor
• Closely works with Production Kitchen and Pastry teams to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times
• Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes ad stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD)

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years relevant experience and preferably with work experience in a reputed hotel
• Cantonese is must and preferably with English
• Basic computer knowledge, preferably in material control system and Fidelio system
• Basic food product knowledge and inventory keeping
