Security Supervisor

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Security Supervisor to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Manager- Security and Operational Risk in managing. Supervising and critiquing the day-to-day security operations ensuring that there is a strong focus on the safety and security of our guest, associates and Hotel assets.
• Liaison with Hotel management and relevant departments. Oversee all matters related to the security of the Hotel, guests, visitors and staff.
• Reports to Manager-Security and Operational Risk on daily operations. Supervise of all security personnel including contracted Security Company.

General Requirements

• Native Japanese Speaker plus English as preference.
• Security 3+ year's and management experience in charge.
