Rooms Division Trainer

  • This role allowed you to utilize your expertise and training skills to improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ability to utilize both English and Japanese and work with cross departments 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Review each Rooms section monthly training plan.
  • Work with DOR and L&D to develop and customize training.
  • Conduct regular audits on various Rooms sections.
  • Collect stories and support different departments on how to create those WOW (PSP) Moments.

 

Requirements

  • Prior Experience in Rooms division from luxury hospitality 
  • Passionate about training and provide exceptional guests experiences
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese
