Outlet Service Staff (Part Timer)

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Outlet Service Staff (Part Timer) to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Food and Beverage team.
  • Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver exceptional dining experience to Guests at all times, including providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in: Greeting, seating and waiting on all guests.
  • Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service, pre-service and after-service procedures.
  • Perform the role of the cashier and receptionist.
  • Manage reservations and records in booking system.

 

Candidates who are able to work for 5 days, including Saturdays and Sundays per week are welcome to apply.

Hei Fung Terrace (A 11:00-20:00 / B 14:00-23:00)
Peter (A 10:00-19:00 / B 10:30-19:30 / C 11:00-20:00 / D 13:00-22:00 / E 14:00-23:00)
The Lobby (A 6:00-15:00 / B 7:00-16:00 / C 10:00-19:00 / D 11:00-20:00)

 

No experience is required. Utilizing your customer service experience for career growth and enhancing language abilities and customer service skills with us.

Teamwork

  • You will be working in an international and helpful team, which everyone works together to provide excellent services to guests. 

 

Multitasking skills

  • Not only delivering food and beverages service in a timely manner, you are also required to be attentive to details and responds to different situations proactively.

 

Information Management Skills

  • Review the shared information on the web proactively at the beginning of the shift and communicate verbally with supervisor to special reminders. 
  • Keep track of multi guest status and information so as to respond to requests quickly and accurately. 

 

English Proficiency

  • Since most of the guests and some staff are from overseas, there are many opportunities to communicate in English.

 

General Requirements

  • Able to work for 5 days, including weekends per week
  • Business level in spoken English is preferred
  • Work experience in 5-star hotels or equivalent shop establishments is preferred
