Operation Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Operation manager to join our vibrant and diverse team.

• This role is a critical role where you can craft the unique, memorable experiences to the guests and being able to make a big impact to the business.
• Ability to manage large team with diverse nationalities of team members.

Key Accountabilities:

• Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Oversee guest support processes and organize team to enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department, including work schedules
• Monitor employee and team performance, offering, coaching, training and feedback for improvement
• Handle labor resource allocation to meet strategic goals
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an operation manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operation management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operation management , or related field
