Night Concierge (Remote Work)

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Night Concierge  (Remote Work) to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest and employee experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Concierge Team.
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.
• Mainly work in night shifts (22:00 pm-7:00 am) 
• Remote work is available (4-5 days in a week) *3 months on-site training will be required at the commence.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with the Peninsula guidelines and standards to maintain a smooth relationship between management and guests as well as to anticipate and preclude dissatisfaction.
• Handle guest enquiries regarding the city, attractions, events, restaurants, transportation and etc.
• Assist guests on reservations and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate guest feedback and ensure good services recovery.

General Requirements

• Native Japanese or equivalent level of Japanese language capability.  Business level in written and spoken English.
• Possess resourceful knowledge of available city activities, i.e. theatre, arts, special exhibitions, concerts, shows, sporting events, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc.
