Lobby Manager

- This role act as Peninsula Lobby ambassador to ensure welcoming and professional environment to all guests by interacting and assisting
- Opportunity to interact with high profile and diverse guests
Key Accountabilities
- Greet and assist all visitors entering the property, including hotel guests, F&B customers, and retail shoppers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Recognize VIPs in the Lobby area and provide personalized attention as needed to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with Front Desk Assistant Managers to ensure smooth coverage of daily shifts and guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Monitor key operational tasks, including, VIP arrivals/ departures, Banquet and wedding functions, guest complaint record, F&B outlets reservation status, shift coverage of Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, and Guest Relations, house status, and special events within the hotel and Hibiya areas
- Maintain open communication and cooperation with the managers of the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Front Desk or relevant function in Rooms department
- Execellence Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills with customer focus
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English, Japanese language is an advantage
