Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Restaurant Service Staff to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Greet and accommodate all guests in the lobby area in order to create seamless experiences including providing full room orientation and other inquiries from guests
  • Cooperate and communicate well with cross teams including Front Desk, Chief Concierge, Guest Services and Guest Relations, including the Lobby retail managers
  • Daily checking tasks include; VIP arrival/ departure, Banquet and wedding functions, Log Book, F&B outlets reservation status, Shift coverage
  • Monitor and ensure The Lobby F&B outlets is well managed as well as  Front Desk, Concierge and Bell Captain

 

General Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experiences as duty manager or related area in Rooms department 
  • Prior experience in guest facing roles
  • Fluent English, Japanese language ability is a strong advantage 
  • Great problem-solving skills and flexibility
