Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and maximize the productivity and efficiency of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Ensure the Housekeeping operations are carried out in accordance with the Peninsula standards.
  • Consistently look for improvements on service standards, and to maximize revenue contribution and maintain effective cost control.
  • Prepare monthly analysis, annual review and budget of Housekeeping Department.
  • Assist Director of Housekeeping.

 

General Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in 5-stars hotel.
  • Business level in spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience in Housekeeping.
  • Ability to work within “team based” environment.
