Guest Communication Center Agent

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Guest Communication Centre Agent to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Guest Communication Centre team.
  • Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.
  • We provide Basic Salary per Month. Bonus 2 times per Year, Pay Increase 1time per Year. Commutation Fee (Max JPY30000 per Month), Overnight Pay. Provide Days-off per Shift, Annual Leave, Special Public Holidays, Life-Work-Balance Leave, Paternity Leave. Entitle Retirement Plan. Enroll Social and Labor Insurance.


Key Accountabilities

 

  • Responsible for all outgoing and incoming calls, verifying accuracy and handling emergency cases as well.
  • Ensure that all calls are handled including Restaurant and Hotel Reservations following The Peninsula Standards.
  • Handles all emergency communications/systems in the hotel.


General Requirements

 

  • Speaking and writing Japanese and English abilities at business level.
  • Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate customer’s needs.
  • PC skills in Excel, System.
