F&B Attendant (6-month Internship)

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a F&B Attendant (6-month Internship) to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in F&B Service team.
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
• Perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard.
• Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.
• Ensure the consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods.
• Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
• Have knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
• Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
• Maintain a culture in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and core principles of HSH.

General Requirements

• Japanese Passport Holder 
• Preferred candidates who had the experience in internship before
