Event Management Assistant Manager

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Event Management Assistant Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support Director /Assistant Director/ Manager as the client’s sole hotel liaison to all hotel divisions to arrange and support corporate and group bookings, events, and meetings.
  • Provide administration support for the Bridal and Event Management team target the solicitation of business from the general public to achieve annual Banquet revenue target.

 

General Requirements

  • Basic skill of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) software experience required.
  • Understanding of MICE/ Events process and execution. Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Over 3 years experiences in Hotel or Meeting industry
  • Excellence Japanese speaking, writing and presentation skills. Good to have reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
