Bakery Commis

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Bakery Commis to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Pastry Bakery Team.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare and create bakery items according to the Peninsula guidelines and standards with the instructions from the Sous Chef on duty.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Enthusiastic about Bakery, maintain a positive attitude and a professional disposition.

General Requirements

• Enthusiastic about Bakery
• Overall knowledge of Bakery with specialty
• Work experience in 5-star hotels or equivalent Bakery shop is preferred
• Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
