Bakery Chef

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Bakery Chef in Pastry to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepares and makes All Bakery items according to Peninsula guidelines and standards.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Enthusiastic about Bakery, maintains a positive attitude to team and a professional disposition.
• Training, Coaching Bakery Team.

General Requirements

• Local Hiring 
• Full knowledge of Bakery
• Preferred to have working experience in 5-star hotel or equal Bakery Shop in charge for more than 5 years
