Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Housekeeping. 
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages. 

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all guest rooms are in good condition and amenities and set-up are in order up to the Peninsula standards prior to Guests’ arrival.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the operations are conducted in proper procedures and steps.
• Manage the amenity inventory of the work station on each guest floor.

General Requirements

• Knowledge in Housekeeping.
• Ability to work within “team based” environment.
• Intermediate level in spoken and written Japanese and English
