Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • To assist the Guest Services Manager in planning, directing, controlling the entire activities and operations of the Guest Services including all transportation related matter
  • To maintain and improve the Peninsula service and to ensure maximum revenue contribution.
  • Ensures that excellent service, customer skills and service recovery are implemented.


General Requirements

  • Speaking and writing Japanese and English abilities at business level
  • Prior experience using computers
  • Ability to work within “team based” environment
  • Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate customer’s needs
