Assistant Director of Finance

Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for supervising and maintaining overall control of the Accounting Financial Management Systems as it relates to regularity, accuracy and the efficiency of the day-to-day work.
- Responsible for an efficient and effective day-to-day work routine and to ensure a proper month-end closing with timely preparation of accurate financial statement and reports.
- Ascertain that all taxes, contributions, licenses, interest and management fees are accurately calculated and paid on time.
- Review the reports compiled by Cost Controller and communicate with the Procurement Manager to ensure proper procedures and control of inventories.
- Responsible for an efficient and effective day-to-day work routine and to ensure a proper month-end closing with timely preparation of accurate financial statement and reports.
- Assume the duties and responsibilities of the Director of Finance during his temporary absence from the hotel.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experiences in Financial Accounting and knowledge in taxation
- Experience in hospitality or related fields is a strong advantage
- People management experiences
- Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
