Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a 2024 New Grads – Food & Beverage Kitchen Staff to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.
- Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Food & Beverage Division.
- Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.
- We provide Basic Salary JPY 200,000 per Month (Subject to change). Bonus 2 times per Year, Pay Increase 1time per Year. Commutation Fee (Max JPY30,000 per Month), Overnight Pay. Provide Days-off per Shift, Annual Leave, Special Public Holidays, Life-Work-Balance Leave, Paternity Leave. Entitle Retirement Plan. Enroll Social and Labor Insurance.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepares and makes Food items according to The Peninsula Food Guidelines and Standards.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
General Requirements
- Be over the age of 18.
- Expected to graduate from school by the end of March 2024. (This does not apply to students enrolled in overseas schools).
- For foreign nationals, those who are granted a working status of residence by the end of March 2024.
