Assistant Manager - Sir Elly's Restaurant and Bar

Key Accountabilities

  • Understand and accurately follow the restaurant’s standard of sequence of service. 
  • Control that service procedures are being performed as per standard and efficient and excellent service to each guest is being provided.
  • Coordinate the daily work of the Supervisor/Captains/Servers and Receptionists, assign daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Have a solid knowledge of food, wines and spirits.
  • Take ownership of any guest complaint or urgent situation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

 

Job Specifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Western food, especially French cuisine, and can fluently communicate in English and Mandarin at work.
  • Motivator and self-starter.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal in both Chinese and English) and inter-personal skills
  • Team leader& builder. 
  • Customer & people oriented.
  • Enjoys being challenged and willing to work shifts, ability to work under pressure.
