Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 86 suites.  

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Cook to join our Restaurant L'Oiseau Blanc**.


  • Work alongside our Executive Chef David Bizet and his teams
  • Grow within a diverse, prestigious and international property.
  • Join for a luxury Five Star hotel on the historic Bund in Paris.



Key Accountabilities:


  • Ensure the best possible quality of the products and the production of the dishes served on the menu of the restaurant, both in terms of taste, temperature and speed of execution to guarantee an optimal customer experience,
  • Demonstrate ability to handle and clean basic culinary machines, equipment, and utensils in order to allow the service to run in the best conditions of efficiency,
  • Comply with the standards and procedures in force in the hotel, including health and safety rules,
  • Work closely with their team in their area to deliver a quality dining experience, meeting Peninsula standards,

  • Knowledge of hygiene rules,
  • Previous experience in a similar environment,
  • Culinary school degree
