Waiter - Restaurant Le Lobby

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Waiter to join our restaurant le Lobby.

• Work alongside our Executive Chef David Bizet and his teams
• Grow within a diverse, prestigious and international property.
• Join for a luxury Five Star hotel on the historic Bund in Paris.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
• Sell and serve food and beverage to guests
• Understand and perform basic table service
• Participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Responsible for ongoing food, wine and service education provided by management

General requirements:

• Successful pas experience in a similar environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient in IT collection systems
• Fluent both in French and in English  - additional language preferred
