KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensures a personalized welcome at the customer's request: provides attentive and personalized service to customers during reservation requests.
- Quickly identifies the customer's needs in order to offer a solution and an appropriate sales pitch.
- Receives all reservations made by telephone, fax or e-mail.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good reception and sales skills, ability to concentrate, listen and analyze
- Autonomy within a multifunctional team
- Organizational skills
- Hotel and sales training
- Required skills: Word, Excel, Opera (preferred)
- Professional experience: appreciated in a hotel of the same category, but not required
- Foreign languages: fluent English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin/Cantonese or Japanese would be a plus.
