People & Culture Coordinator

Key Accountabilities :
- Prepare files and welcome new employees
- Advise and support managers and employees on People & Culture administrative issues
- Manage administrative files (contracts, probationary periods, mutual insurance, promotions, absences, work-related illnesses and accidents, departures)
- Update employee files in People & Culture software.
- Collaborate with the nurse to comply with medical restrictions and monitor job retention files.
- Organize and communicate on internal hotel events
General requirements :
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in People & Culture
