Key accountabilities

• You will ensure that all hotel surfaces are well maintained (kitchens, public areas, corridors, rooms, etc.).
• You will replace worn or defective parts.
• You'll look after the aesthetic appearance of the building (condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows).
• You will intervene in the front office and back office when a painting problem arises.
• You will prepare the work to be carried out using the documents provided (building plans, maintenance schedules, etc.).
• Be attentive to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.

General Requirements

• Diagnostic skills
• Ability to listen to customers.
• Practical and theoretical skills in painting, electricity, plumbing, low voltage, HVAC, etc.
• Demonstrate rigor and organization in work.
• Fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English.
• Ability to handle emergency situations.
• Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
