Key Accountabilities
- Greet all arriving and departing guests as they enter and leave the Hotel.
- Welcome guests outside of the Hotel and support the team in assisting guests in getting in and out of vehicles.
- Maintain close guest contact, and when receiving guest feedback, ensure to elevate feedback to the Management team for recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.
- Ability to give information and directions about Paris to guests and to drivers
- Keep the driveway and lobby safe, clean, and clear.
- Handle errands for guest needs.
General requirements
- Thorough knowledge of customer service techniques, with a passion to deliver excellent experiences.
- Good understanding of hotel operations and services.
- Confident conversationalist, always engaging with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organization, ability to multi-task, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
- Fluent both in French and English
