Key Accountabilities


  • Greet all arriving and departing guests as they enter and leave the Hotel.
  • Welcome guests outside of the Hotel and support the team in assisting guests in getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Maintain close guest contact, and when receiving guest feedback, ensure to elevate feedback to the Management team for recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles.
  • Ability to give information and directions about Paris to guests and to drivers
  • Keep the driveway and lobby safe, clean, and clear.
  • Handle errands for guest needs.



General requirements


  • Thorough knowledge of customer service techniques, with a passion to deliver excellent experiences.  
  • Good understanding of hotel operations and services.
  • Confident conversationalist, always engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organization, ability to multi-task, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
  • Fluent both in French and English
