The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Junior Groups & events manager.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Make contact and negotiate with customers,
- Respond to various incoming banqueting requests and carry out telephone qualifications,
- Suggest and carry out hotel visits for our potential and confirmed customers,
- Contract preparation: follow up on signatures and payments,
- Organize events in coordination with the various hotel departments (Kitchen, Banquets, Housekeeping, etc.).
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Listens to customer requests,
- Source of proposals and innovation,
- Takes initiative,
- Good rigor and organization,
- Fluent in English,
- Hotel school training and experience in a hotel of the same category (desirable, not mandatory),
- Proven experience as a training manager.
