The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Junior Barman.

Key accountabilities : 

 

  • Prepare cocktails (creations, classics and signatures) according to customer requests,

  • Contribute to the liveliness of the room through knowledge of the trade,

  • Adapt to customers' tastes and/or requests, and make suggestions to them,

  • Greet customers, advise them and encourage sales,

  • Be responsible for setting up and maintaining the pantry, bar and equipment.



General requirements : 

 

  • Mastery of set-up and service techniques,

  • Knowledge of ABF cocktails,

  • Knowledge of HACCP standards,

  • Fluent English,

  • Good interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to work in a team,

  • Excellent presentation skills.
