Internship - Guest Relation
Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Guest Relation Intern.
Key accountabilities:
- Gain operational experience with Peninsula Rooms standards and procedures.
- Provide a “one-stop service” to guests. Ensure personalized check in / out process providing a high touch experience, use of digital tablets, knowledge of PSB & guest registration etc.
- Review the VIP list daily with the Guest Relations Manager and perform assigned duties to ensure the best possible stay for the selected arrivals.
- Ensure that all arrangements made prior to the arrival of a VIP customer are respected and communicated to other operational departments.

- Fluent both in French and English
