Internship - Director of rooms

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Director of Rooms Intern.

 Key accountabilities:

• Assist the Director of Rooms daily
• Welcoming customers or collaborators.
• Ensure the follow-up of the requests order form, request for appointments, reception of candidates for an interview, etc.
• Establishment of procedures in both English and French.
• Translation of documents & standards
