Key accountabilities:
- Organize events and stays for groups and events
- Phone Order Taking
- Commercial qualification of customer requests
- Conduct sales follow-up and send quotes
- Ensure client visits
- Drafting of contracts
- Monitoring contract signatures and payment
General requirements:
- Organization, rigour and attention to detail
- Speed and autonomy
- Good speech and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Office Pack
- Fluent in English and French (written/oral).
- Tourism-Hospitality and/or Business School training
