Key accountabilities:
- Answer phone calls and record messages.
- Assist the team with social media, press and communication assignments.
- Provide support when required on special Public Relations projects.
- Assist in data entry and provide support in administrative tasks.
General requirements:
- Organization, rigour and attention to detail
- Speed and autonomy
- Good speech and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Office Pack
- Fluent in English and French (written/oral).
- Tourism-Hospitality and/or Business School training
