KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Be in charge of the entire restaurant service sequence, in liaison with the kitchen: from reception to order-taking to customer departure.
- Greet and inform customers,
- Present products and encourage sales.
- Perform clerical and mathematical operations (order forms, additions, etc.).
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in computerized cashiering systems
- Fluent English (additional language preferred)
- First successful experience as a chef de rang in a demanding service environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Hold a BAC PRO, BEP, CAP or equivalent experience.
