Floor Supervisor

The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Floor Supervisor.

Key accountabilities :
- Responsible for all assigned area's floor cleaning, replenish supplies, amenities, linens per specification and trained guidelines
- Guarantees the perfect preparation of rooms for all guest
- Complete floor check at assigned time
- Checks and renews floral decorations in the rooms, in collaboration with our team of florists
- Assists maids and valets if required by the activity
- Ensures proper operation of all technical facilities available to customers
- Ensures the hiring, training, motivating, mentoring and development of department members
- Leads, coordinates and manages the activity and team of valets, maids and crew members on the floor or floors entrusted to him/her to optimize results
General requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar field
- Curiosity and open-mindedness
- Team management skills
- Fluent both in French and English (third language appreciated)
- Knowledge and practice of IT tools
- Strong customer focus
- Availability, dynamism, responsiveness and autonomy
- Developed attention to detail
