Demi-Chef de Partie - Cuisine Lobby

Deliciously Parisian, The Peninsula Paris is ideally located in the heart of the capital, just a few minutes away from some of the world's most famous monuments, museums and luxury boutiques. The iconic Haussmannian building boasts 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 of the capital's most spectacular suites. In collaboration with the fantastic team at The Peninsula Paris, we are looking for an experienced Demi-Chef de Partie to join our team at the Lobby Kitchen.

Key accountabilities :

• Ensure the best possible quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant's menu, in terms of taste and temperature, as well as speed of execution to guarantee an optimal customer experience,

• Ensure that the equipment is in place to allow the service to run as efficiently as possible,

• Comply with hotel standards and procedures, including health and safety rules, internal regulations and internal procedures,

• Work closely with his team in his area to offer customers a top-of-the-range culinary experience, in line with Peninsula standards,

• Oversee the integration of new employees in their area.

General requirements :

• Ability to work as part of a team,

• Organizational skills,

• Ability to adapt,

• Creativity,

• Discernment of flavors and aromas,

• Knowledge of hygiene rules,

• Previous experience in a similar position,

• Hold a BAC PRO, BEP, CAP or equivalent experience.
