Commis - L'Oiseau Blanc** (CDD)

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Commis (CDD) to join our fine-dining restaurant L'Oiseau Blanc** for the 2025 summer season, from may to september.

• Work alongside our Executive Chef David Bizet and his teams
• Grow within a diverse, prestigious and international property.
• Join for a luxury Five Star hotel on the historic Bund in Paris.

Key accountabilities:

• Assist the Server in all of their missions
• Setting, cleaning and clearing restaurant tables
• Support the whole team during meals
• Participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Compliance with HACCP standards.

General requirements:

• CAP, Professional Baccalaureate in service or BTS (or other hospitality school diploma)
• First similar experience in a similar environment
• Fluency both in French and in English – third language appreciated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
