Chef de Partie - l'Oiseau Blanc Kitchen

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen of the restaurant l'Oiseau Blanc**.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

• Ensure the best possible quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant's menu, in terms of taste, temperature and speed of execution, to guarantee an optimal customer experience,
• Ensure that the equipment is in place to allow the service to run as efficiently as possible,
• Respect the hotel's standards and procedures, including health and safety rules, internal regulations and internal procedures,
• Work closely with his team in his area to offer customers a quality culinary experience, in line with Peninsula standards,
• Oversee the integration of new employees in his/her area,
• Manage his/her team (Commis and ½ Chefs de Partie) to ensure adequate staffing levels and desired productivity.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar position,
• BAC PRO - BEP - CAP or equivalent experience.
