Key accountabilities

Carries out maintenance, finishing and embellishment work on joinery surfaces and glazing.

Prepares work to be carried out using documents (building plans, maintenance schedules, etc.).

Visually inspect the condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, roofs, etc.

Maintain a consumables store to avoid stock-outs.

Monitor the work of specialized outside contractors from a technical point of view.
General requirements

Bac Pro level
-
5 years' professional experience in a similar field.

Essential practical skills: Making custom furniture, replacing defective parts, varnishing, repairing various hardware systems,
