Assistant manager - Restaurant Le Lobby

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an assistant manager to join our restaurant le Lobby.

• Work alongside our Executive Chef David Bizet and his teams
• Grow within a diverse, prestigious and international property.
• Join for a luxury Five Star hotel on the historic Bund in Paris.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
• Assist the manager in the complete management of the restaurant
• Provide optimal quality of service to clients
• Implement all resources (human and material) to achieve budget results
• Apply policies defined by the Director of Food and Beverage of The Peninsula Paris.

General requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within luxury hotels
• Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests
• Strong people leader having prior experience managing diverse teams
• Fluent both in French and English
• Creative, innovative with extensive food and beverage knowledge
