The iconic Haussmannian building comprises 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites that are among the most spectacular in the city. In collaboration with the wonderful team at The Peninsula Paris, we are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Cantonese gourmet restaurant, LiLi.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in the comprehensive management of the restaurant
- Supervise the setup of the service, the smooth running of activities during the service, and afterwards
- Offer optimal quality service and performance to the clientele
- Implement all resources (human and material) to achieve the results set by the budget
- Be attentive to the needs of the clientele and able to anticipate their needs and provide appropriate solutions to any issues encountered
Key Qualifications:
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are attentive to the clientele and able to anticipate their needs
- You have a unifying spirit and the ability to communicate easily
- You are proficient in English
- You have experience in team management
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, methodology, and discretion
- You have held a similar position in an establishment of the same category
